About us

AB Karlskronahemis Karlskrona's largest housing company with properties in several locations in the municipality. The company is owned by the municipality of Karlskrona and manages approximately 3900 rental apartments, some of which are student accommodation. Among the properties are also special housing and a small number of commercial premises.

In the office on Norra Smedjegatan 12, you will find our store responsible for renting and error reports. Here we also have our technical department  with responsibility for the care and maintenance as well as the accounting department. In addition there is a housing secretary who is working with interference issues.

We have smaller offices in the residential areas, where the staff help out with minor repairs in the apartments, inspections, and tenant relations. 

The company has more than 30 employees.
